Rives & Co. was founded in 1721 and by the 1740s we began buying out other financial firms. Today we continue to expand via acquisition and operate a portfolio of financial institutions.
Identify
Since we expand by buying other financial institutions we have a dedicated team of Market Researchers that identify possible firms that are listed for sale and would be a good fit under one of our eight divisions.
Acquire
Once we identify a possible acquisition we make contact with the seller and begin negotiating. We offer a fair price, retain the employees, and typically keep the name of the newly purchased branch the same.
Manage
After we’ve acquired a new branch we assign it to one of our Division Managers who will serve that branch in a similar capacity to a District Supervisor and is responsible for acting as a liaison between their branch and the main office.
